Bringing the village back into the home
The Feeding Doula
The feeding doula was born out of blending my clinical side as an IBCLC and holistic nutritionist with the warmth of a doula.
After 10 years supporting families, I saw the gap: moms needed support at home before feeding struggles begin not after a desperate 3 a.m. search and 5 business days later. The Feeding Doula helps you prioritize your postpartum recovery and get support at the first sign that something feels off.

Feeding you and your family
One of the most meaningful ways I can care for a new mother is to feed her and her family. I make comforting meals right in your home, with ingredients chosen to support postpartum nourishment, healing, and lactation.
Sometimes, even when you and your partner are doing everything you can, there just aren’t enough hands. Feeding a whole family takes time and energy you may not have to spare. let me take that piece on, so there’s food for today, tomorrow, and next week. and you can spend more of yourself on healing, resting, and being with your baby.
You can book again any time your freezer needs restocking.

My Journey
This Work Is Personal

I’m a mother of four, and I’ve spent the last 10 years supporting families with feeding. I’ve seen how a feeding struggle can spill into everything: sleep, recovery, meals, a shower, a moment to reset, and a mother’s ability to care for herself and her family. When you’re already stretched thin, even asking for help can feel like one more thing to figure out. And sometimes, even with a loving partner doing their best, there simply aren’t enough hands.
I’ve seen the gap and felt it myself. Leaving mothers isolated through the hardest weeks, then having a sex clearance appointment at 6 weeks is just abysmal. I refuse to accept it as the best we can offer.
The Feeding Doula is my way of bringing the village back into the home. I blend clinical feeding care with the warmth and love of a doula.
