Follow-up visits are for established patients and focus on checking your progress, updating your care plan, and addressing any new concerns. These appointments ensure you have ongoing, personalized support as your feeding journey evolves. Home Visits: Available within 45 minutes of Schriever SFB in Colorado Springs. Virtual Appointments: Your Zoom link will be emailed shortly after booking. Price: For families without insurance coverage, self-pay follow-up appointments are $80. Customized payment plans and sliding-scale options are available for families who need them. A superbill for potential insurance reimbursement is available upon request. All follow-up intake forms must be completed prior to your appointment. These forms confirm insurance eligibility and patient responsibilities. If forms are not completed by appointment time, it is considered a late cancellation/no-show and will incur the $100 cancellation fee. Forms are emailed immediately after booking.
