Service Description

In this consult I will review your medical history with you as well as any prior breastfeeding experiences. I will provide a full risk assessment and a specific plan to avoid any issues that you are concerned about from your previous breastfeeding experience. This in depth personal review will be coupled with a great wealth of knowledge for a successful start in your breastfeeding journey. We can also go over your breast pump choice under your insurance benefit. This appointment can be done as home visit or virtual. In regulation with HIPPA I do have two forms that need to be filled out prior to our appointment. I will provide you with my intake and consent for services form after you schedule your appointment.
